• Does it matter where I live? It does not matter where in the world you live. Owl's Ledge has worked with CPLP candidates throughout the United States and all over the world. All coaching is done remotely -- via online and audio technologies.
• Which Areas of Expertise are eligible as part of the Platinum package? All Areas of Expertise (AOEs) available for submission - as determined by the ASTD Certification Institute (ASTD CI) - are available for coaching as part of the Platinum Work Product coaching program.
• What is the passing score for the Work Product submission phase? Scores are distributed across 4 key areas (planning, relationships, output, and outcomes) with 12 being the maximum possible points and 8 or higher qualifying as a passing score. 
• What is the success rate of CPLP candidates in passing the Work Product submission phase? According to the ASTD Certification Institute, the passing rate for CPLP candidates on the Work Product submission phase is 74%. That means 1 in 4 candidates do not pass!
• What happens if I don't pass? According to the ASTD Certification Institute, candidates who fail the Work Product submission phase can submit a brand new Work Product during the next available cohort. Revised submissions are not accepted; the submission must be entirely new. Candidates are also charged a re-test fee of $350. (Refer to the CPLP Candidate Bulletin for details.)
