Learn From Expert Coaches Dedicated to Your Success

Your experience at Owl's Ledge starts with a great CPLP Coach. Owl's Ledge CPLP Coaches boast outstanding credentials, including achievement of the Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) certification, years of experience as a CPLP Coach, and special training in virtual, group coaching.

Program Structure & Features

The Owl's Ledge CPLP Work Product Group Coaching program consists of 7+ total hours across 6 sessions.

Candidates participate in two types of sessions -- Presentation Sessions followed by Question & Answer (Q&A) Sessions. Presentation Sessions allow the CPLP Coach to follow a structured, guided approach in presenting you with information on completing your Work Product submission using an iterative process.

Presentation Sessions are followed by a Q&A session where the CPLP Coach answers the group's questions. Group coaching participants can submit questions for the Q&A sessions at any time via the discussion board and email. Questions with the broadest appeal will be answered -- time permitting -- during the follow-up Q&A Sessions.

Candidates benefit from:

  • Participation from anywhere -- all coaching sessions are delivered via online Webinar and audio conference call
  • Access to all recorded sessions for playback any time, from anywhere
  • More than seven (7) hours of coaching delivered over 6 sessions
  • Proven score-raising strategies and resources
  • Question & Answer (Q&A) sessions with their CPLP Coach and candidate peers

Note: All participant phone lines are muted during all sessions. Questions are submitted to the CPLP coach and moderator via email and the online chat functions.

* Seats are limited. Sessions start July 2010.
